What is Pupil Premium?

Pupil Premium is a UK government initiative aimed at providing additional funding to publicly funded schools to support disadvantaged pupils and close the attainment gap between them and their peers.

Who is eligible?

The Pupil Premium Grant is allocated based on the number of pupils who have been eligible for free school meals at any point in the last six years, as well as children who have been in care or adopted from care.
